Todd  is a former youth pastor and a dynamic, fun and interesting presenter, speaker and story-teller who has presented in Christian schools, public schools, conferences, and workshops throughout the United States.  He uses his friendly and relational style, to share tender moments as a springboard for positive change.  Mr. Walts is a bullying prevention expert who is received as a relevant, entertaining, and life-changing speaker addressing issues including,  decision-making, bullying, cyber bullying, responses to injustice, teamwork, personal growth and leadership development.  He is a prevention expert who teaches leadership development, personal growth techniques and active bystander behavior to address anti-social issues in schools, the community, and homes.
